Role Overview:

Join a leading multinational FMCG company’s HR team in Dubai as an HR Specialist, providing comprehensive HR support across employee relations, onboarding, engagement, compliance, benefits administration, and vendor management. This dynamic role focuses on delivering a positive employee experience and ensuring operational excellence aligned with UAE labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted HR advisor on company policies, procedures, and UAE labor law.

• Manage onboarding processes, including orientation, visa coordination, and documentation.

• Draft and review HR documents such as contracts, salary certificates, and NOCs with precision.

• Lead or contribute to employee engagement initiatives.

• Partner with Central Delivery Hubs to resolve employee concerns efficiently.

• Ensure full compliance with local labor regulations; update internal policies as needed.

• Handle benefits administration and vendor management activities.

• Review and process HR-related expenses.

• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure knowledge management practices.

• Support various HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant HR certification.

• Minimum 2 years of solid HR administration/generalist experience, ideally in a multinational environment.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Customer-first mindset with a proactive and curious approach.

• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
