Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our fast-paced team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier talent across various departments. You’ll manage the full recruitment cycle while ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
🔍 Talent Sourcing & Screening

Source candidates via job portals, social media, internal referrals, and agencies

Conduct initial screenings to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
📢 Job Posting & Advertising

Draft and post compelling job ads on job boards, the company website, and social platforms

Ensure job descriptions reflect accurate roles and responsibilities
🧠 Interviewing & Candidate Evaluation

Conduct structured interviews (phone/virtual/in-person)

Collaborate with hiring managers to assess candidates and provide insightful recommendations
💬 Candidate Engagement

Maintain open communication with candidates throughout the hiring process

Address inquiries regarding roles, company culture, and benefits
🤝 Collaboration with Hiring Managers

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and expectations

Provide guidance on interview techniques and selection processes
📝 Onboarding Support

Prepare offer letters and assist in pre-employment checks

Coordinate with HR and team leads to ensure smooth onboarding
📊 Recruitment Data Management

Maintain updated records of applicants, interview notes, and recruitment KPIs

Generate regular hiring reports and trend analysis
🌐 Market Research

Stay current on industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and sourcing strategies

Offer market intelligence to enhance recruitment effectiveness
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or a related field

1–3 years of recruitment or HR experience
-
Proficient in ATS and HR tools

Excellent communication and people skills

Strong organizational and multitasking ability

Knowledge of UAE labor laws is a plus
