Charterhouse is currently partnering with a globally recognized brand that is a leader in its industry, seeking an experienced HR Project Manager – Organizational Development (OD) & Performance Management. This full-time role, based in Dubai, involves managing key HR projects and ensuring HR services are seamlessly executed across Middle East and India operations.

Reporting directly to the Director of People and Culture, the HR Project Manager will oversee HR services compliance with UAE employment laws and regulations, ensuring the company’s policies align with local labor laws. You will also be responsible for implementing performance management processes, job grading, salary benchmarking, and the HRMIS platform.

In addition, you will collaborate with departments and stakeholders to ensure HR processes support organizational goals and work closely with leadership on ongoing and new HR projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of HR services for Middle East and India, ensuring compliance with UAE employment laws.

• Implement and manage performance management systems, salary benchmarking, job grading, and the HRMIS platform.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to align HR processes with organizational objectives.

• Provide HR business partnering support to the management team for efficient operations.

• Oversee HR projects and ensure alignment with company-wide objectives.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local labor laws, policies, and HR best practices.

Requirements:

• 6-8 years of HR experience, preferably in the Middle East.

• Strong background in performance management and HR project leadership.

• Management experience and a proven track record of delivering successful HR initiatives.

• Exceptional organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
