Role Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic HR Performance Manager to strengthen organisational effectiveness through data-driven HR insights. This role plays a pivotal part in designing performance management frameworks, overseeing job evaluation and reward structures, and aligning HR strategies with business priorities. You will leverage workforce analytics to provide actionable insights that support productivity, fairness, and long-term organisational success.
Key Responsibilities

Analyse HR and organisational performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimisation.

Develop, implement and enhance performance management systems, tools, and processes.

Benchmark workforce performance against leading industry standards to drive continuous improvement.

Track workforce productivity and present clear insights to senior leadership.

Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align people initiatives with organisational goals.

Prepare and present performance dashboards, analytics reports, and strategic recommendations.

Lead and manage job evaluation processes to ensure accurate role classification and alignment.

Review compensation and reward frameworks to maintain competitive, fair, and equitable pay practices.

Provide strategic input on grading, remuneration, and reward structures based on market benchmarks and evaluation outcomes.

Support organisational change initiatives that enhance efficiency, performance, and employee engagement.

What You Need
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

3+ years of experience in HR performance management, workforce analytics, or organisational development.

Strong IT and analytics background, including proficiency in HR systems and digital reporting platforms.

Hands-on experience with job evaluation methodologies and reward frameworks.

Ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.

Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder-management capabilities.
