Job Title: HR Operations Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive HR Operations Manager to spearhead the development of an employee-centric culture and optimize the overall functionality of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, experience in streamlining internal operations, and a passion for fostering positive employee engagement and performance.
As an HR Operations Manager, you will oversee the company’s recruiting processes, evaluate learning & development sessions, and work closely with leadership to enhance the company’s workforce operations and culture.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze current company structure to identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to promote a more employee-focused environment

Streamline budget management, resource allocation, and expenditure to improve overall company functionality and operational efficiency

Collect and analyze relevant data related to team members to support both managerial and financial decision-making

Oversee and manage all recruitment activities to ensure the company attracts and retains top talent

Evaluate existing Learning & Development (L&D) sessions, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance effectiveness

Address key operational issues to drive continuous performance improvement and contribute to the company’s growth

Foster a collaborative and motivating workplace culture, ensuring employee satisfaction and engagement remain a priority
