TG Projects is actively seeking an HR Officer to join its team in Sharjah on a full-time, on-site basis. This role is ideal for an Arabic-speaking candidate who can join immediately and is passionate about human resource management and employee engagement. The HR Officer will play a key role in shaping and supporting the company’s HR policies, talent acquisition strategies, and employee relations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing job descriptions, implementing HR policies, and serving as a point of contact for employee-related concerns. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks independently, and a strong understanding of HR best practices within the consultancy or business services sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures

Develop and update job descriptions across departments

Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities

Handle employee relations matters professionally and in line with company policies

Maintain HR records and ensure confidentiality of employee information

Coordinate with departmental heads to address HR needs and strategic initiatives
Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Proven experience in HR management, policy development, and employee relations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is an added advantage

Experience in the consultancy or business services industry is a plus

Fluent in Arabic and English
