About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Manager to lead the firm’s People & Culture function.

Reporting directly to the Managing Partner, this role will provide high-level HR leadership, advisory, and operational oversight across the organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the firm’s HR strategy in alignment with business objectives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a high-performance, inclusive workplace culture.

This is a leadership position suited to a confident HR professional with strong UAE labour law expertise and experience within professional services environments.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals

  • Provide strategic HR advisory support to senior management and partners

  • Lead organizational development and change management initiatives

  • Contribute to long-term people governance and workforce planning

Talent & Workforce Management

  • Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning

  • Lead talent management and succession planning initiatives

  • Enhance performance management systems, goal setting, and appraisals

  • Drive employee engagement and retention strategies

Compensation, Compliance & Governance

  • Oversee compensation and benefits structures to ensure competitiveness and equity

  • Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and regulatory requirements

  • Maintain accurate HR documentation, reporting, and analytics dashboards

  • Manage HR policies, procedures, and best practice frameworks

Employee Relations & Culture

  • Lead employee relations matters including grievances and disciplinary processes

  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture

  • Support leadership development and learning initiatives

Systems & Reporting

  • Oversee HRIS systems, payroll coordination, and HR analytics

  • Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field

  • Professional certifications such as CIPD, SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP (preferred)

  • 5–7 years of progressive HR management experience, ideally within professional services

  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and regulatory compliance

  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development

  • Experience leading HR transformation and change initiatives

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, payroll platforms, and Microsoft Office
