Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our client in Dubai. The role involves handling daily HR operations, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Arabic and English, with prior UAE experience in HR administration and strong organizational skills to support both employees and management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR administrative tasks, including onboarding, documentation, file management, and HRIS updates.

  • Maintain employee records and oversee visa processing in compliance with UAE labor regulations.

  • Act as a liaison between management and Arabic/English-speaking employees to ensure clear communication.

  • Provide general HR and office support to ensure smooth operations.


Requirements:

  • Location: UAE (Dubai preferred).

  • Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) required.

  • Prior UAE HR experience is mandatory.

  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR procedures.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.


Compensation:

  • Salary: AED 8,000 – 10,000 (all-inclusive, depending on experience).
