Job Title: HR & Office Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR & Office Manager to lead our human resources and administrative operations in the UAE. This dual-role position combines HR leadership with office management responsibilities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, legal compliance, and a positive workplace culture.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Management

Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training processes

Manage employee files, records, and compliance documentation

Develop and enforce HR policies in line with UAE labor laws

Administer payroll, benefits, KPIs, and performance reviews
-
Maintain positive employee relations and resolve workplace issues
-
Collaborate with and evaluate third-party consultants
Office Management
-
Oversee daily office operations, supply ordering, and vendor coordination
-
Organize meetings, travel, events, and ensure office safety and efficiency
-
Maintain seamless communication between departments
-
Support internal team-building activities and initiatives
Additional Duties

Assist in budgeting, planning, and admin procedures

Handle confidential information with discretion

Perform additional tasks assigned by the General Manager
Skills & Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
-
3–5 years of experience in HR and office management, preferably in the UAE
-
Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices
-
Fluent in Chinese and English (Arabic is a plus)

Valid UAE driver’s license preferred

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR management systems
