Procter & Gamble (P&G) is offering an exciting opportunity for an HR Manager to join their Dubai team. This role is designed to strategically align HR efforts with business needs, including organizational design, employee engagement, and leadership development. The HR Manager will play a critical role in fostering a productive and innovative workforce, offering both strategic and operational support to the business. P&G is seeking UAE Nationals for this position.
Key Responsibilities:

HR Strategy Alignment: Align HR efforts with specific business needs, focusing on organization assessment, team effectiveness, and trends that drive business growth.

Culture Building: Foster a culture of trust, employee engagement, and innovation, enhancing leadership effectiveness and workforce productivity.

Leadership Coaching: Develop and coach leaders, providing organizational insights to make high-quality decisions, mitigate operational risks, and ensure compliance with business and HR processes.

HR Solutions Implementation: Work with business leaders to implement HR solutions that address specific challenges, partnering with HR shared services for business-oriented results.

Business Strategy Support: Assist in building and deploying business strategies and creating systems that support their delivery within the organization.
Qualifications and Skills:

Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a relevant field.

Language Skills: Proficient in both spoken and written English and Arabic.

Personal Traits: High emotional intelligence, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a multicultural and diverse environment.

Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to influence and adapt communication styles, and a passion for learning and developing in a dynamic environment.
