As an HR Manager at Procter & Gamble, you will play a crucial role in aligning HR efforts with business needs, managing employee engagement, and fostering a high-performance culture. You will partner with leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives, support talent management, and ensure a diverse, inclusive, and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities:

Align HR strategies with business goals, focusing on organizational assessment, team effectiveness, and workforce productivity

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field

Proficiency in spoken and written English and Arabic

Strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills

Ability to analyze problems and create innovative solutions

Strong interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and adapting communication styles
