HR Manager – Manufacturing

Charterhouse is partnering with a rapidly expanding manufacturing group in the UAE that is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and strengthen its people function during a phase of sustained growth.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director and working closely with departmental heads, this role will oversee end-to-end HR operations, ensuring that robust structures, scalable processes, and best-practice frameworks are embedded across the organisation.
The HR Manager will play a critical role in workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management, while acting as a trusted HR Business Partner to senior leadership. As the organisation continues to grow, this role will also lead HR transformation initiatives focused on productivity, retention, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance

Drive workforce planning and oversee high-volume recruitment aligned with business growth objectives

Develop and implement employee engagement, retention, and development strategies

Partner with the Managing Director and department heads as a strategic HR Business Partner

Lead HR transformation and change initiatives to support a high-performance workplace culture

Implement HR metrics and productivity frameworks to support data-driven decision-making

Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and JAFZA regulations

Oversee HR policies, procedures, and documentation, ensuring records remain accurate and up to date

Identify training and development needs and support capability-building across the organisation
Requirements

Proven HR management experience within the manufacturing or industrial sector in the UAE

Strong background in employee relations, workforce planning, and high-volume recruitment

Demonstrated experience leading change management and HR transformation initiatives

In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law and free zone regulations (JAFZA preferred)

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels of the business

Commercially minded, solutions-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
