daily HR operations and provide administrative support to enhance overall organizational efficiency. This full-time, on-site role in Dubai involves overseeing recruitment, employee relations, training, onboarding, compliance, and office administration. The ideal candidate will contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring smooth HR processes and adherence to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

  • Oversee onboarding, employee orientation, and staff development programs.

  • Handle employee relations, address workplace concerns, and support conflict resolution.

  • Maintain and update HR policies, ensuring full compliance with UAE labor laws and company standards.

  • Manage payroll, attendance, and HR documentation.

  • Support administrative tasks and office operations to ensure organizational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with various departments to support HR initiatives and workplace culture.

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information securely.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee relations.

  • Solid understanding of HR policies, compliance, payroll management, and HR systems.

  • Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Experience in onboarding, training, and employee development.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive HR data.

  • Previous experience in HR or administrative roles, ideally in a corporate environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management tools.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
