Job Title: HR Manager

Job Description:

As an HR Manager, you will play a key role in enhancing the company’s work culture by ensuring compliance with HR laws and regulations. You will be responsible for the development, monitoring, and execution of the annual departmental budget, goals, objectives, and operational plans. Additionally, you will create a systematic database of employee information to streamline HR processes and ensure the smooth running of recruitment activities.

Key responsibilities include assessing training needs, managing training programs, and overseeing the staff review processes, including KPIs and performance management. You will collaborate effectively with team members, providing positive leadership and ensuring the safeguarding of employee data within the organization.
