About the Company:
My Vapery is one of Dubai’s leading e-liquid and vaping product suppliers, offering a wide range of high-quality, ESMA-approved vaping products. The company provides both retail and wholesale customers with the freshest e-liquid brands and premium e-cigarettes in the UAE. We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a dynamic HR Manager to support our growth and ensure that our talent management practices align with our business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

Develop and implement recruitment strategies, frameworks, and procedures to attract top talent.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with department heads to meet their staffing needs.

Implement innovative sourcing methods to identify the best candidates and attend job fairs and career events.

Build and maintain talent pools for future hiring needs.

Employee Development & Performance Management:
-
Design and deliver a comprehensive performance management system, including KPIs, KRAs, and regular performance reviews.

Lead employee development initiatives, including learning and development programs, leadership training, and succession planning.

Support managers in addressing performance issues and facilitating constructive feedback.

Organizational Design & Strategy:
-
Collaborate with leadership to develop and refine organizational structures and ensure alignment with company goals.

Conduct organizational diagnostics to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions for enhanced performance.
-
Support workforce planning by identifying gaps and advising on staffing decisions.

Employee Engagement & Retention:
-
Champion the company’s culture and values, leading employee engagement initiatives that strengthen organizational culture.

Identify and retain key talent across the organization to foster long-term success.

Consult with managers on compensation, staffing plans, and other key HR matters.

Compliance & Administrative Tasks:
-
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations, handling any disciplinary actions or grievances in accordance with company policies.

Oversee employee benefits programs, including compensation and benefits packages.

Maintain and protect confidential HR information and records.

Requirements:
-
Experience:
-
Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, including at least 1 year in a senior HR role.

Experience in managing a diverse team and liaising with staff at all levels within an organization.

Skills:
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with staff at all levels, including overcoming language barriers.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Ability to work independently and take initiative in driving HR programs and strategies.
-
Solid understanding of UAE labor law and HR practices.

Qualifications:
-
CIPD qualification is a plus.
-
Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.

Confident in managing disciplinary processes and conflict resolution.

Calm under pressure and capable of handling sensitive situations professionally.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: AED 12,000 to 15,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
