HR Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE | Full-Time | Salary: Up to 18K AED/month (all-inclusive)
A leading real estate company in Dubai, known for its innovative approach to urban living and a strong commitment to quality, is seeking a skilled HR Manager to oversee employee relations and HR functions. This is a key role in managing a large workforce, ensuring alignment with UAE labor laws, and supporting organizational growth and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing fair and consistent guidance to resolve conflicts.

Ensure HR policies and procedures align with UAE labor laws, maintaining compliance across the organization.

Support management in developing organizational structures, employee engagement strategies, and retention programs.

Handle HR administrative tasks including leave management, end-of-service settlements, and benefits administration.
Requirements:

Open to Arabic nationals.

Male candidates, aged 30-45 years.

At least 8 years of relevant HR experience within the real estate industry.

Proven experience managing HR functions for a team of around 100 employees.
