Job Title: HR Manager 

Job Description:

Chic, a leading fashion retail company, is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our people strategy and support the company’s mission of delivering excellence through a strong and engaged workforce. This role is ideal for a human resources professional who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is passionate about aligning people processes with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Workforce Planning & Staffing Efficiency

  • Develop and implement efficient recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to ensure optimal staffing levels.

🔹 Performance Management

  • Oversee employee evaluations and performance reviews

  • Identify areas for improvement and implement personalized development plans

🔹 Training & Development

  • Design and manage learning and career development programs that elevate employee skillsets and competencies

🔹 KPI Support & Alignment

  • Support employees and managers in achieving KPIs through coaching, development, and performance monitoring

🔹 Employee Engagement & Well-Being

  • Foster an inclusive and motivated work culture

  • Promote job satisfaction and workplace wellness

🔹 Compensation, Benefits & Sanctions

  • Oversee compensation structures, benefits programs, and enforce disciplinary processes transparently and fairly

🔹 Policy Development & Compliance

  • Draft and implement HR policies

  • Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws through regular audits and communication

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in retail or a fast-paced industry

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficient in HR software and digital platforms

  • In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR compliance
