🔹 KPI Support & Alignment

Support employees and managers in achieving KPIs through coaching, development, and performance monitoring

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in retail or a fast-paced industry

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
