About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned HR Lead to join a prestigious regional fragrance manufacturer and retailer in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in aligning HR strategies with business goals, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational development. This role is perfect for individuals with a strategic mindset and hands-on experience in the retail or manufacturing sectors.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with business objectives.

Oversee full-cycle talent acquisition, including onboarding and integration processes.

Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and health & safety regulations.

Design and implement compensation, benefits, and incentive programs tailored to business needs.

Manage employee relations, resolve grievances, and handle disciplinary actions.

Lead performance management systems and employee evaluation processes.

Develop and execute employee retention strategies and foster cultural engagement initiatives.

Spearhead organizational development and change management initiatives.

Maintain legal employee documentation and records to ensure compliance.

Administer payroll, manage budgets, and monitor HR department financials.
Desired Candidate Profile:

10-15 years of experience in HR, ideally within retail or manufacturing sectors.

Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations.

Extensive experience in talent acquisition, compensation and benefits planning, and employee relations.

Proficiency in HR strategy, change management, and organizational development.

Experience with HR software and data reporting tools.

Excellent leadership and conflict-resolution skills, with a hands-on approach to HR challenges.
