About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned HR Lead to join a prestigious regional fragrance manufacturer and retailer in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in aligning HR strategies with business goals, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational development. This role is perfect for individuals with a strategic mindset and hands-on experience in the retail or manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with business objectives.

  • Oversee full-cycle talent acquisition, including onboarding and integration processes.

  • Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and health & safety regulations.

  • Design and implement compensation, benefits, and incentive programs tailored to business needs.

  • Manage employee relations, resolve grievances, and handle disciplinary actions.

  • Lead performance management systems and employee evaluation processes.

  • Develop and execute employee retention strategies and foster cultural engagement initiatives.

  • Spearhead organizational development and change management initiatives.

  • Maintain legal employee documentation and records to ensure compliance.

  • Administer payroll, manage budgets, and monitor HR department financials.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 10-15 years of experience in HR, ideally within retail or manufacturing sectors.

  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations.

  • Extensive experience in talent acquisition, compensation and benefits planning, and employee relations.

  • Proficiency in HR strategy, change management, and organizational development.

  • Experience with HR software and data reporting tools.

  • Excellent leadership and conflict-resolution skills, with a hands-on approach to HR challenges.
