Hilton, a global leader in hospitality renowned for its innovation, quality, and exceptional guest experiences, is offering a 12-month full-time internship in Human Resources and Learning & Development (L&D) at Hilton Dubai Jumeirah. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience across various HR functions while fostering personal growth and skill development in a dynamic, world-class hospitality environment.
Role Overview:
As an HR & L&D Intern, you will gain practical experience supporting recruitment, employee records management, training coordination, and internal event planning. You will be expected to take initiative, embrace teamwork, and contribute positively to Hilton’s culture and operational success. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop valuable skills in HR administration, training delivery, and communications within a globally recognized hospitality brand.
Key Responsibilities:

Answer telephone calls and redirect to appropriate HR team members; take messages when required.

Maintain neat and organized work areas.

Manage employee records, including personnel files and learning histories.

Assist HR Administrator with recruitment and onboarding processes.

Coordinate job openings and advertising.

Maintain inventory of training supplies, stationery, and office equipment.

Complete daily administrative tasks and checklists.

Assist with planning and executing internal HR and training events.

Liaise with team members regarding training requests and schedules.

Prepare training materials such as presentations, handouts, and sign-in sheets.

Generate training progress reports and track employee development.

Set up training rooms with necessary equipment.

Assist in scheduling training sessions, workshops, and meetings.

Utilize social media and video-making skills to support HR communications.
Qualifications and Skills:

Passion for teamwork, personal development, and hospitality.

Currently studying or a graduate in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Business Management, Marketing, or Hospitality.

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient computer skills, with an analytical approach to work.
