Raytheon Technologies is looking for a Human Resources Intern to join their HR team in Abu Dhabi. This position offers students an opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while supporting various HR functions like Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, HR Generalist, Admin & Personnel, and Government Relations.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in supporting HR activities that align with organizational objectives.

Gain exposure to various HR functions and contribute to efficiency improvements.

Analyze HR data and prepare required reports.

Help organize interviews and screen resumes to identify suitable candidates.

Support multiple short-term projects and tasks in HR.

Develop skills and gain practical experience by working with a diverse team.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a similar discipline.

Credits: Minimum of 60 college credits completed toward degree.

GPA: 3+ out of 4 (or 4+ out of 5).

Languages: Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
