RSK Middle East is seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern for a 3-month internship based in either Abu Dhabi or Dubai. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone looking to gain meaningful experience in a dynamic and professional Human Resources environment. The role supports HR operations across the Middle East and Africa, allowing interns to engage in various HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and compliance.

You will join a team that values people, fresh perspectives, and a passion for continuous improvement. The internship may be extended by mutual agreement and is ideal for candidates seeking to start their HR career with exposure to regional operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment processes: posting job ads, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates

• Support onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires

• Coordinate with external agents for visa processing and medical insurance

• Maintain and update employee records, folders, and documentation

• Perform accurate data entry and ensure consistency in HR systems

• Learn about labour law compliance and internal HR policies

• Draft HR letters such as employment letters, salary certificates, and NOCs

• Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives

• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that drive operational improvements

Skills and Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to manage confidential data with integrity

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently and in teams

• Proactive, curious, and eager to grow

• Must be based in Abu Dhabi with a valid UAE residence visa

Internship Details:

• Duration: 3 months (possible extension)

• Location: Abu Dhabi/Dubai, UAE (on-site)

• Stipend: Nominal stipend provided to cover transportation costs
