RSK Middle East is offering a 3-month on-site HR internship for passionate and motivated individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic and supportive HR team that oversees operations across the Middle East and Africa. The intern will support recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives.

This role is ideal for students or recent graduates with a strong interest in HR, who want to contribute to meaningful projects in a globally recognized sustainability and engineering consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment activities including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates

• Support onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires

• Coordinate with external agents for visa and medical insurance processing

• Maintain and update employee records and documentation

• Perform data entry, validation, and ensure consistency across HR systems

• Learn and support compliance with UAE labour laws and internal HR procedures

• Prepare HR documentation such as employment letters, salary certificates, and NOCs

• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities

• Contribute to HR improvement projects and initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity

• Proactive, curious, eager to learn, and capable of working both independently and within a team

• Must be based in Abu Dhabi and hold a valid UAE residence visa

• Stipend: Nominal stipend to cover transportation costs
