RSK Group, a global leader in sustainable environmental, engineering, and technical services, is offering an exciting 3-month HR Internship based in Abu Dhabi. This role provides a meaningful introduction to the world of Human Resources within a dynamic team supporting operations across the Middle East and Africa. The internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance. You will contribute fresh ideas and support continuous improvement initiatives in a professional, supportive environment. A nominal stipend for transportation will be provided, and there is potential for internship extension by mutual agreement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment processes including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.

• Support onboarding activities to ensure a positive integration experience for new hires.

• Liaise with external agents for visa and medical insurance processing.

• Maintain and update employee records and documentation accurately.

• Perform data entry, validation, and cleansing to maintain HR system integrity.

• Support compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.

• Assist in preparing HR documents such as employment letters, salary certificates, and NOCs.

• Organize and support employee engagement activities.

• Participate in HR projects and initiatives focused on continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and tech-savvy.

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

• Self-starter capable of working independently and collaboratively.

• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.

• Based in Abu Dhabi with a valid UAE residence visa.
