Key Responsibilities:

• Support the recruitment lifecycle: posting job adverts, coordinating interviews, liaising with candidates

• Assist with new-hire onboarding to ensure a smooth integration

• Collaborate with external vendors for visa processing and medical insurance coordination

• Maintain employee records, files, and documentation

• Perform HR data entry, validation, and system updates

• Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies

• Draft HR correspondence—offer letters, salary certificates, NOCs

• Assist in organizing employee engagement and team-building activities

• Participate in HR projects aimed at continuous improvement

Person Specification:

• Currently pursuing or recent graduate in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent organizational skills and acute attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Ability to discreetly manage confidential information

• Self-starter who thrives independently and in collaborative team settings

• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
