Job Title: HR Intern 

Job Description:

GAO Tek Inc., a global leader in technology solutions, is offering an exciting remote HR internship opportunity for students and recent graduates who are passionate about recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR operations. As an HR Intern, you will play an essential role in supporting our international HR team and gaining hands-on experience in core human resources functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting and updating job descriptions across multiple departments

• Post job openings on global platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and others

• Screen candidate applications and coordinate virtual interviews

• Support onboarding activities for new hires and maintain accurate HR records

• Participate in virtual HR meetings and collaborate with international team members

• Handle administrative tasks and ensure timely communication with candidates

• Contribute to improving employee engagement and outreach efforts

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong written and spoken English communication skills

• Professional email etiquette and confidence in interacting with candidates

• Familiarity with job posting platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)

• Interest in HR functions such as recruitment and employee experience

• Comfortable using collaboration tools like Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams

• Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop/computer

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:

  • Human Resources

  • Business Administration

  • Psychology (with HR interest)

  • Marketing or Communications (for outreach and recruitment roles)
