KILONEWTONS, a leading engineering and design firm in Dubai, is hiring an HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR functions and support a growing workforce. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for candidates with at least 2 years of UAE HR experience, strong knowledge of labor law and visa processing, and a passion for building people-first processes in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding
• Handle visa processing, Emirates ID, and work permits in compliance with UAE regulations
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions
• Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management using HRIS systems
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with UAE labor law
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and engagement initiatives
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure WPS compliance
• Liaise with PRO, MOHRE, and freezone authorities
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the UAE (Dubai preferred)
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, MOHRE regulations, and freezone policies
• Experience with visa processing, WPS payroll, and HR documentation
• Proficiency in HR software (Bayzat, SAP HR, Oracle HCM preferred)
• Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• CIPD/SHRM certification is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the engineering or construction industry
• Familiarity with Tawafuq services and Dubai immigration portals
• Ability to manage a multi-national workforce
