Key Responsibilities

✔ Manage HR operations on a day-to-day basis

✔ Lead learning & development (L&D) initiatives
✔ Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and HR best practices
✔ Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership
✔ Maintain clear and effective communication across all levels

Required Profile

✅ 10+ years of professional HR industry experience
✅ Expertise in talent management, training, and succession planning
✅ UAE work experience is a must
✅ Strong autonomy and decision-making skills
✅ Ethical, reliable, and a quick learner
✅ Fluent in English (written & verbal) for direct employee communication

Qualifications
