Job Title: HR Generalist
Job Description:
We are hiring a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join a leading luxury event planning firm in Dubai. This is a hands-on, full-spectrum HR role focused on talent acquisition, HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, a thorough understanding of UAE labor laws, and a passion for driving organizational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead workforce planning and end-to-end recruitment to align with business growth and project demands.

Oversee employment contracts, payroll processing, onboarding, and policy administration.

Ensure compliance with all UAE labor regulations, including visa processes and legal documentation.

Build strong employee relations, drive engagement initiatives, and support retention strategies.

Champion the company’s employer brand to attract and retain top-tier talent.

Implement and manage HRMS systems and digital tools for operational efficiency.

Provide leadership with HR analytics and insights to guide strategic decisions.

Support organizational development and performance management initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proficient in HRMS platforms and data-driven HR reporting.
