Job Title: HR Generalist

Job Description:
We are hiring a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join a leading luxury event planning firm in Dubai. This is a hands-on, full-spectrum HR role focused on talent acquisition, HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, a thorough understanding of UAE labor laws, and a passion for driving organizational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead workforce planning and end-to-end recruitment to align with business growth and project demands.

  • Oversee employment contracts, payroll processing, onboarding, and policy administration.

  • Ensure compliance with all UAE labor regulations, including visa processes and legal documentation.

  • Build strong employee relations, drive engagement initiatives, and support retention strategies.

  • Champion the company’s employer brand to attract and retain top-tier talent.

  • Implement and manage HRMS systems and digital tools for operational efficiency.

  • Provide leadership with HR analytics and insights to guide strategic decisions.

  • Support organizational development and performance management initiatives.

Position Details:

  • Employment Type: Full-Time

  • Salary: Up to AED 8,500 (based on experience) + performance-based bonus

  • Location: Dubai, UAE

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of HR leadership or generalist experience within the UAE, ideally in the events or hospitality sector.

  • Strong working knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa procedures, and HR best practices.

  • Proficient in HRMS platforms and data-driven HR reporting.

  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
