Position Overview:

A leading luxury event planning firm in Dubai is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to join its dynamic team. This role is crucial in supporting the company’s rapid growth by driving strategic hiring, streamlining HR operations, ensuring compliance, and fostering a strong internal culture. You will work closely with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business goals while maintaining a positive and engaging workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Workforce Planning & Recruitment
  Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies, including talent acquisition, interviewing, onboarding, and workforce planning to fulfill operational requirements.

• HR Operations & Compliance
  Manage employment contracts, payroll, and company policies while ensuring full compliance with UAE labor laws, visa regulations, and HR administrative procedures.

• Employee Engagement & Culture Building
  Drive employee engagement programs, resolve employee relations matters, and strengthen the employer brand through culture-building initiatives.

• HR Technology & Analytics
  Leverage HRMS platforms and digital tools to automate workflows and generate data-driven reports to support leadership decision-making.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of HR leadership experience in the UAE, ideally within the events, hospitality, or creative services industry.

• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, visa processing, payroll systems, and HR documentation.

• Proficient in HRMS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and HR data analytics.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• A results-oriented, proactive professional with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Salary & Benefits:

• AED 7,000 to 8,500 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)

• Performance-based bonus
