Job Title: HR Generalist – Real Estate Industry
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to join our team in the Real Estate industry in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. This role will support the HR department in creating a positive work environment while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and candidate selection.

Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the real estate sector.
2. Employee Relations:

Act as the point of contact for HR-related inquiries, ensuring alignment with company policies and UAE labor laws.

Address employee concerns and grievances, fostering a positive work environment.

Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction.
3. Performance Management:

Assist managers in the performance evaluation process and provide coaching support.

Implement performance improvement plans when needed.
4. HR Administration:

Maintain accurate and updated employee records.

Prepare HR reports on key metrics such as turnover, training needs, and performance trends.

Handle employee lifecycle management, including contracts, promotions, and terminations.
5. Compensation & Benefits:

Assist with payroll and benefits administration to ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.

Support salary benchmarking and compensation analysis for competitive pay structures.
6. Training & Development:

Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs for employee development.

Organize training initiatives to enhance workforce skills and competencies.
7. Compliance & Legal:

Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, including visa processing, contracts, and employment regulations.

Stay updated on local employment laws and align HR policies accordingly.
Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: 3-5 years in HR generalist roles, preferably within the real estate industry in the UAE.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Knowledge of UAE Labor Law: Strong understanding of employment regulations.
