We are seeking a dedicated HR Faculty member for a part-time, remote role. The HR Faculty will be responsible for developing and delivering HR-related courses, preparing training materials, conducting online classes, and assessing student progress. The role requires keeping up-to-date with HR trends and collaborating with the educational team to maintain content relevance and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging courses and training materials on HR subjects

• Prepare lessons and conduct online classes for remote learners

• Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback

• Stay updated on the latest HR trends, best practices, and industry standards

• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure course content is current and effective

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in HR domains such as recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development

• Excellent teaching and presentation skills with strong written and verbal communication

• Ability to design and implement effective training materials

• Proficient with digital tools and online teaching platforms

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Experience in online education is a plus

• Up-to-date knowledge of HR trends and best practices
