A Confidential Government or Semi-Government Entity in Dubai is hiring a UAE National (UAEN) HR Executive to support key HR functions including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will play an essential role in ensuring smooth HR operations, fostering a positive work culture, and upholding the organization’s HR standards in alignment with UAE labor laws.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment lifecycle — job postings, CV screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.

  • Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR databases.

  • Coordinate payroll processing and benefits administration.

  • Support employee engagement initiatives and organize training sessions.

  • Respond to employee queries and provide HR guidance.

  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.

  • Prepare HR reports, letters, and documentation.

  • Support performance management and disciplinary procedures.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or a related function.

  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with HR software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

  • HR certification (CIPD, SHRM) and experience in multinational or fast-paced environments are advantageous.
