HR Executive – Recruitment & Onboarding Support | Sharaf DG

Sharaf DG is seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Executive to support recruitment and onboarding activities. The ideal candidate will coordinate candidate interviews, manage documentation, and ensure timely onboarding while maintaining high standards of compliance and file integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Coordination:

  • Coordinate interview logistics, print materials, and manage recruitment documentation.

  • Follow up with shortlisted candidates within 1 working day for interviews and confirmations.

Onboarding Support:

  • Handle onboarding for new hires, including offer letters, ATA prep, and visa application coordination.

  • Support onboarding for both Sharaf Electronics and Sharaf DG employees.

Document Handling & Coordination:

  • Photocopy, organize, and submit new joiner documents (passport, visa, certificates, etc.) within 1 working day.

  • Ensure timely submission to Payroll, Medical, and Insurance departments.

Process Compliance:

  • Complete HR operations tasks within timelines and quality standards.

  • Participate in monthly HR audits and uphold compliance standards.

Employee File Management:

  • Maintain hardcopy files for all employees (active/inactive) in accordance with HR policies.

  • Create physical files within 2 working days of joining.

  • Track all file movement and ensure audit-readiness.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Timely completion of recruitment and onboarding tasks.

  • Accuracy and punctuality in document handling.

  • High audit compliance and organized file maintenance.

Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 1–2 years of HR operations or onboarding/recruitment experience.

  • Prior experience in document management is a plus.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills.

  • Attention to detail and proactive mindset.

  • Strong communication (written & verbal).

  • High confidentiality and integrity.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment (scanner, copier, printer).
