Job Title: HR Executive
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic HR Executive to join our team in the UAE. This role focuses on analyzing and enhancing workplace culture, streamlining HR processes, and supporting the professional development of employees while ensuring compliance with company policies and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and address gaps in the organizational structure to foster a more employee-centric culture.

Collaborate with senior management to design and implement customized development modules for various departments.

Maintain accurate employee records for use in performance evaluations, payroll processing, and organizational reporting.

Source and recruit candidates through digital platforms, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Organize and facilitate brainstorming and feedback sessions to identify employee training and development needs.

Oversee staff performance review processes, including KPIs and performance management systems.
