Job Title: HR Executive
Job Description:
We are hiring a dynamic HR Executive to join a leading Staff Outsourcing Company based in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated HR professional with 2–3 years of experience in the UAE to manage high-volume recruitment and full-cycle HR operations, supporting both blue- and white-collar employees.
The ideal candidate will be well-versed in UAE labour laws, passionate about people, and able to handle multiple HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll support, compliance, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding for both blue- and white-collar staff.

Manage orientation programs, visa processing, and documentation for new hires.

Draft, review, and issue HR documents including employment contracts, NOCs, and salary certificates.

Provide HR counseling on company policies, UAE labour laws, and conflict resolution.

Recruit and mobilize workforce from within and outside the UAE across various skill levels and trades.

Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and maintain a positive work environment.

Ensure proper maintenance of HR records, employee files, and compliance with labor regulations.

Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.

Support performance management, employee engagement, and appraisal coordination.

Generate HR reports and manage administrative support tasks efficiently.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent.

2–3 years of HR experience in the UAE, ideally in staffing or high-volume recruitment.

In-depth understanding of UAE labour laws and HR procedures.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and HR documentation.

Strong ability to multitask and perform under pressure.

Indian nationals preferred for this role.
