Job Title: HR Executive 

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Executive to join a leading company in diesel distribution and oil trading in the UAE. This role is ideal for a female candidate with a strong background in recruitment and HR operations, particularly in managing both white- and blue-collar employees.

You will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing top talent through platforms like LinkedIn and ATS to onboarding new hires. You’ll also be responsible for managing current staff, employment contracts, renewals, and ensuring adherence to all relevant HR policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract qualified candidates through LinkedIn, ATS, and other recruitment platforms

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to final onboarding

• Oversee staff administration, including employment contracts, renewals, and onboarding formalities

• Handle various HR matters, including support for blue-collar staff

• Ensure all HR procedures and recruitment activities comply with UAE labor laws and internal policies

• Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and resolve employee issues efficiently

Position Details:

• Salary: Up to AED 10,000 (all-inclusive), depending on experience and qualifications

Qualifications:

• Female, 35 years old or below

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the UAE

• Experience in the diesel trading or oil industry is a strong advantage

• Proficient in LinkedIn recruitment, ATS platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite

• Solid understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
