Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations and personnel management

• Develop and enforce HR policies aligned with UAE labor laws

• Manage employee relations and performance evaluations

• Ensure compliance with all UAE labor regulations and HR standards

• Collaborate with management to improve employee engagement and retention

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Human Resources

• Strong understanding of HR management, policies, and employee benefits

• Solid knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR compliance

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask, work independently, and in a team-oriented environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
