Keeta is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead its human resources strategy and operations in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing HR policies, overseeing recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations. This role requires strong leadership, compliance expertise, and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
📌 Strategic HR Leadership:

Develop and implement HR policies and strategies aligned with business objectives.

Lead recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations initiatives.

Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
📌 Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement:

Drive hiring strategies to attract and retain top talent.

📌 Compliance & HR Operations:

Ensure HR policies adhere to local labor laws and company standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management or related field.

8+ years of HR management experience, with preference for leadership roles.
