HR Director – Multinational FMCG

A leading multinational FMCG organization is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead and transform its HR function in Dubai. This is a high-impact leadership role designed for a senior HR professional with proven experience operating at scale within a global, matrixed environment.

You will serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership while driving a modern, efficient HR operating model across Shared Services and Centres of Excellence (COEs). This role requires both strategic vision and operational excellence to support a fast-paced, high-growth business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize the HR operating model across Shared Services and COEs, ensuring consistency, governance, and service excellence.
  • Provide strategic direction on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing HR team of 40+ professionals, setting clear goals and performance standards.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to drive culture, engagement, and large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Oversee core HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, learning & development, and compensation & benefits.
  • Ensure HR strategies are data-driven, commercially aligned, and support business objectives in a multinational environment.

Requirements

Essential:

  • Proven experience as an HR Director (or equivalent) within a global multinational organization.
  • Strong expertise in managing Shared Services and COE HR structures.
  • Demonstrated leadership of large HR teams (40+ employees).
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills in matrixed organizations.
  • Track record of improving HR service delivery and building high-performing teams.

Preferred:

  • Experience in FMCG or similarly fast-paced, high-volume industries.
  • Exposure to regional or multi-country HR leadership.
  • Strong background in change management and business transformation.

Compensation

  • Monthly Salary: AED 85,000 – 93,000 (inclusive of fixed allowances)
