Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated HR Data Analyst & Program Coordinator to join our team. This role focuses on analyzing HR metrics, supporting the rollout of key HR initiatives, and serving as a vital link between HR leadership and other departments to drive seamless program execution.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed reports on HR data, clearly presenting findings and actionable insights to senior leadership.

Utilize critical thinking to analyze HR metrics such as employee engagement, turnover, and compliance, identifying trends and patterns.

Oversee the implementation of HR programs and initiatives, ensuring their successful rollout and continuous improvement.

Act as a liaison between HR leadership and other departments, ensuring smooth integration and operational success of HR projects.

Support continuous improvement efforts through data-driven problem-solving and innovative solutions.
Skills and Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across departments.
