Job Title: HR Data Analyst
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Data Analyst to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to uncover trends, support strategic decision-making, and ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, be proficient with HR software and reporting tools, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively present findings to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze HR data and workforce metrics to identify trends related to recruitment, employee motivation, turnover, and compliance.

Collect data from various sources, including HRIS, payroll systems, employee surveys, labor statistics, and benchmark reports.

Compile and interpret data into clear, actionable reports and dashboards to support leadership in making data-informed decisions.

Monitor and assess current hiring practices and employee retention efforts, offering strategic recommendations for improvement.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations through regular data audits and reporting.

Collaborate with HR and management teams to align data insights with organizational goals.
Required Skills:

Strong problem-solving skills and result-oriented approach.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with HRIS systems and data visualization tools is a plus.
