Job Title: HR Data Analyst
Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Data Analyst to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, compiling, and analyzing HR metrics from a variety of sources, including HR systems, surveys, and employee records. Your insights will support HR programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving improvements in employee engagement, retention, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Collect and compile HR data from HRIS, payroll outputs, surveys, exit interviews, and other sources

Use critical thinking to analyze HR metrics and identify patterns related to employee engagement, turnover, and compliance

Oversee the successful implementation of HR programs, making adjustments or modifications as needed

Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations on HR practices, providing insights for top-level executives

Identify opportunities to improve HR processes based on data analysis and trends
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly

Strong analytical skills, capable of identifying patterns and trends in HR metrics

Problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on finding effective solutions to HR challenges
