Job Title: HR Data Analyst
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic HR Data Analyst to join our team in Dubai. This role is perfect for someone who excels at turning complex data into actionable HR strategies that support business goals and enhance employee experience.
As an HR Data Analyst, you will play a key role in measuring and optimizing key HR functions such as recruitment, retention, and compliance. You will gather data from various sources, analyze trends, and provide insights that help shape a data-driven HR approach aligned with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Define and recommend clear short- and long-term goals, KPIs, and benchmarks for HR performance.

Gather and interpret data from HRIS, payroll systems, surveys, employee records, government reports, and industry standards.

Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards to support decision-making in areas such as talent acquisition, retention, engagement, and compliance.

Identify patterns and trends in HR data and make evidence-based recommendations to enhance workplace culture and employee lifecycle processes.

Collaborate with HR leadership to support strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
