Job Title: HR Data Analyst – Workforce Metrics & Reporting

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret HR metrics and workforce data to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will utilize HRIS, payroll data, and industry benchmarks to provide insights on employee engagement, turnover, and compliance. This role will also oversee the successful implementation of HR programs, ensuring smooth rollout and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Data Collection & Analysis:

   • Gather HR-related data from multiple sources, including HRIS, payroll systems, employee surveys, exit interviews, and labor market statistics.

   • Analyze workforce trends and identify patterns related to employee engagement, retention, and regulatory compliance.

   • Conduct competitive benchmarking to understand market trends and best practices.

2. HR Reporting & Insights:

   • Prepare clear and concise reports on employment practices, HR metrics, and workforce trends.

   • Deliver data-driven insights to senior management to improve HR strategies and decision-making.

   • Develop dashboards and visual presentations to communicate findings effectively.

3. HR Program Implementation & Optimization:

   • Support the rollout of HR initiatives by overseeing implementation processes and identifying areas for improvement.

   • Ensure HR policies align with workforce data insights to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to interpret complex HR data and present it in a meaningful way.
