Job Title: HR Coordinator & Compliance Specialist
Job Description:
We are looking for an HR Coordinator & Compliance Specialist to lead and implement key HR initiatives, including training, development, recruitment, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in visa processing, trade license renewals, and HR software while ensuring smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Implement and coordinate new HR programs related to training, development, and recruitment.

Create data-driven reports on recruitment, employee retention, and compliance, providing insights and recommendations.

Evaluate HR metrics to enhance organizational culture, talent acquisition, and staff retention strategies.

Manage DMCC, DAFZA, and SAIF-ZONE portal operations, including visa processing, trade license renewals, and tenancy contract renewals.

Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.

Handle employee documentation, onboarding, and administrative HR tasks efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

1-3 years of HR experience in Dubai, UAE.

Strong expertise in DMCC, DAFZA, SAIF-ZONE HR operations.

Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office, and compliance reporting.

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).

Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period.
