HR Business Partner – Rest of EMEA (Dubai, Saudi, South Africa, Turkey)

Rotork is seeking a strategic and experienced HR Business Partner to oversee people activities across the Dubai, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, and Turkey regions. This full-time, on-site role requires partnering with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, driving talent development, organizational change, and employee engagement to enhance business performance. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor, supporting workforce planning, succession, and fostering a high-performing culture within a fast-paced, international matrix environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy people strategies aligned with global business and functional goals.

  • Collaborate with HR centers of excellence to deliver effective HR solutions.

  • Use data-driven insights to measure HR impact and improve productivity.

  • Lead organizational change and transformation initiatives.

  • Support compensation strategy development aligned with business success.

  • Manage annual people processes including performance management, pay review, engagement, and talent review.

  • Build strong stakeholder relationships to enable HR initiative delivery.

  • Coach senior leaders on HR strategies, workforce planning, and talent management.

  • Drive culture evolution embedding Rotork’s values and behaviors.

  • Lead talent acquisition, succession planning, and retention strategies.

  • Provide HR leadership during mergers, acquisitions, and organizational restructuring.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR; relevant HR qualifications preferred (CIPD, SHRM, HR Diploma/Masters).

  • Minimum 15 years’ experience in HR with commercial HR leadership in international, matrixed organizations.

  • Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and influencing skills at senior levels.

  • Commercial business acumen with understanding of financial drivers and risk.

  • Customer-focused with passion for employee satisfaction and productivity.

  • Cross-functional collaboration and cultural awareness in global environments.

  • Analytical mindset using HR metrics to guide decisions.

  • Digital agility and comfort with HR technology.

  • Excellent communication, planning, and execution skills.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
