DataVolt, a global leader in sustainable and innovative data center solutions, is hiring an HR Associate (UAE National) to join their People & Culture team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional seeking to build a career in human resources. The HR Associate will support daily HR operations, maintain employee documentation, and assist in government and compliance procedures, while contributing to employee engagement and administrative efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the People & Culture team with daily HR operations and administrative activities.

• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper HR documentation.

• Coordinate with UAE government authorities (MOHRE, GDRFA, ICA, etc.) for documentation and compliance.

• Assist in processing residency visas, work permits, Emirates IDs, and labour contracts.

• Collaborate with the PRO team for government-related applications and renewals.

• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, visas, and leave management.

• Support in organizing employee training, engagement programs, and internal communication initiatives.

• Ensure adherence to UAE labour laws and company HR procedures.

Skills & Requirements:

• Must be a UAE National.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 0–3 years of experience in HR or administration (fresh graduates welcome).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
