Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized HR Assistant Intern to support our Human Resources team in Dubai. This is a unique opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in core HR functions, contribute to exciting projects, and grow in a collaborative, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

HR Administration:

• Maintain and digitize accurate and confidential employee records

• Support with onboarding, offboarding, visa processing, and insurance documentation

• Draft employment letters, salary certificates, NOCs, and other official documents

Recruitment Support:

• Assist in coordinating interviews and follow-ups with candidates

• Communicate professionally with applicants regarding interview outcomes

• Maintain organized and up-to-date recruitment records

Engagement & Projects:

• Support HR-led employee engagement initiatives (birthdays, celebrations, farewells)

• Help organize HR events and team-building activities

• Collaborate on Emiratization and diversity projects with the Head of HR

Additional Support:

• Participate in general HR initiatives and tasks as needed

• Embody and promote Shiseido’s TRUST 8 principles in every interaction

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field

• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

• Based in Dubai

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

• Professional attitude, enthusiasm, and adaptability

• Team-oriented mindset in a multicultural environment
