HR & Emiratization Officer – UAE Nationals Development

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Emiratization Officer to join our Dubai-based team. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality HR operations while supporting the successful integration, development, and retention of UAE Nationals in line with Emiratization objectives and UAE Labour Law.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Services

Support the HR team in delivering consistent, high-quality HR services across the business

Respond to employee queries professionally and accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Coordinate onboarding activities, HR inductions, and new joiner support

Manage employee mobilization and demobilization processes in line with internal procedures and UAE Labour Law
-
Draft and issue HR documentation including contracts amendments, letters, NOCs, salary certificates, and official correspondence

Maintain and update HR systems, employee records, and portal requests with accuracy and confidentiality

Administer medical insurance processes, including enrollments, deletions, and claims support

Manage leave administration (annual, sick, and other leave types) in line with policy and legislation
Emiratization & UAE Nationals Support

Act as a key liaison between HR, line managers, and Learning & Development teams to support UAE National employees

Ensure Emirati employees are assigned meaningful roles aligned with their skills, career aspirations, and business requirements

Monitor performance, engagement, and development needs of UAE Nationals, escalating challenges and proposing solutions

Coordinate training, mentoring, and development initiatives to support Emiratization goals

Maintain accurate records, reporting, and compliance tracking for Emiratization programs

Provide ongoing guidance and support to Emirati colleagues to ensure a positive and inclusive workplace experience
What You’ll Need to Succeed

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

2–4 years of HR experience, preferably within the UAE or GCC
-
Working knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices

Experience supporting Emiratization initiatives, recruitment, or employee development is highly desirable

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational and analytical abilities with high attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems
-
Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams
