This full-time, on-site role involves coordinating recruitment, managing HR documentation, and handling administrative logistics to ensure seamless internal processes.
The ideal candidate will have strong familiarity with UAE labor laws, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees

Maintain and update employee records and relevant HR documentation

Support payroll processes, track leave, and manage attendance systems

Oversee office operations, manage supplies, and coordinate administrative logistics

Serve as a liaison for internal staff and external vendors
Skills and Qualifications Required:

Minimum 4 years of experience in HR and administrative roles

In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management software

Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills

High level of professionalism in handling confidential information
